Problem z bluetooth

Witam. Mam problem ktory strasznie mmnie nurtuje a nie wiem co z tym fantem zrobic. Mianowicie przed reinstalem windowsa wszystko bylo ok. Moglem przesylac przez bloototh pliki o dowolnym rozmiarze, a po reinstalce windowsa pojawia mi sie taki pomunikat gdy wlaczam blototha:
